180 Day Hair Loss Guarantee Terms
FluxaRx offers a 180 day money back guarantee on eligible hair loss treatment plans. The guarantee is intended to support responsible use, recognising that hair loss treatments require time and consistent adherence to assess.
Eligibility
You may claim under the guarantee only if all of the following apply:
• You completed an online consultation and were approved for treatment by a UK licensed prescriber.
• Your treatment was supplied via FluxaRx through a partnered UK licensed pharmacy.
• You remained on the same prescribed hair loss treatment continuously for 180 days from the date your first treatment was delivered.
• You used the treatment exactly as directed, with no unauthorised dose changes or extended gaps.
This guarantee is available to first time customers only and can be claimed once per person.
Evidence of use and progress tracking
To support any claim, you must provide reasonable evidence that treatment has been used correctly and consistently for the full 180 day period. This includes:
• Upload at least five sets of clear hair photographs using the Hair Progress Tracking feature in your FluxaRx account.
• Photo submissions must be at least 30 days apart and follow the guidance provided to keep lighting, angle, and positioning consistent.
• Remain actively engaged with the treatment for the full 180 days, including any follow up steps reasonably requested as part of safe prescribing.
FluxaRx may also consider additional adherence evidence, such as repeat supply records, follow up questionnaires, and confirmation that no contraindicated treatments were used during the guarantee period.
Photographs are used only to assess adherence and response and are handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
Failure to provide the required photographs or to follow the progress tracking process may result in your claim being declined.
What the guarantee covers
If, after 180 consecutive days of correct and continuous use, you have not experienced a satisfactory response, FluxaRx may issue a full refund of the amount paid to FluxaRx for the eligible hair loss treatment, subject to clinical review and confirmation that the terms above have been met.
Exclusions
The guarantee does not apply if:
• Treatment was not used continuously for the full 180 days.
• Treatment was paused, stopped early, or altered without prescriber approval.
• You were later assessed as clinically unsuitable to continue treatment.
• You provided inaccurate or incomplete information during the consultation.
• Treatment was discontinued due to side effects or intolerance.
• Some response was observed but it did not meet personal expectations.
Hair loss treatments cannot guarantee outcomes and individual responses vary.
How to request a refund
• Submit your refund request between day 180 and day 210 from the date your first treatment was delivered.
• Include your order number and confirmation that all required photo uploads have been completed.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. FluxaRx may decline or delay a refund if additional information is required to complete the review.
Statutory rights
This guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
