You must not complete consultations on behalf of someone else.
3. ACCOUNT, IDENTITY & SAFETY CHECKS

If requested information is not provided, your consultation may be delayed or declined.
4. MEDICAL CONSULTATIONS
• All consultations are reviewed by UK licensed prescribers operating under our clinical provider’s governance.
• A prescription is issued only when clinically appropriate, at the sole discretion of the prescriber.
• Completing a consultation does not guarantee a prescription or treatment approval, or ongoing supply.
Fluxarx cannot influence clinical decisions.
Consultations may be delivered asynchronously via structured medical questionnaires. Prescribers may request additional information, photographs, or direct contact by telephone or video where clinically required to complete the assessment safely.
Important: Do not use Fluxarx for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 999 or attend A&E.
5. PRESCRIPTIONS & TREATMENT SUPPLY
If approved:

If declined:
• You will not receive the medication for that request.
• Refunds if any are handled in line with Section 8 below.

• All medicines are dispensed and shipped by licensed partner SignatureRX, not Fluxarx.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to pharmacy workload or courier delays.
• Medicines are shipped in discreet packaging.
• A signature or proof of age may be required at delivery.
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is outside Fluxarx’s direct control, although we will assist with support queries.
7. PRICING, PAYMENT & SUBSCRIPTIONS
Payment
• Payment is taken at checkout.
• All prices include VAT where applicable.
• Orders are only processed once payment is successfully received.
Subscriptions (where offered)
If you purchase a subscription product:
• You authorise recurring billing at the stated frequency until you cancel.
• You can cancel in line with the cancellation terms shown at checkout and or in your account portal.
• Each refill remains subject to clinical approval. If a prescriber declines treatment at any time, fulfilment will not proceed.
If your subscription includes a consultation or admin element, this may be charged per cycle as displayed at checkout.
8. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Prescription only medicines cannot be cancelled or refunded once a prescription has been issued and the pharmacy has dispensed the medication, in accordance with Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You may receive a refund if:
• The prescriber declines treatment (see note below)
• The pharmacy cannot supply the medication
• The item arrives damaged or incorrect
Medication refunds: All refund decisions relating to prescription medication and dispensing are made by the dispensing pharmacy, in line with their policies and legal obligations.
If treatment is declined:
Where your request is declined before dispensing, we will refund the medication cost and any dispensing or delivery charges where applicable. Any consultation or admin fees, if charged, are handled in accordance with what is displayed at checkout and the applicable policy for that pathway.
